'High Temperature' Reflow-Solerable, Capacitors at JARO Components

ISO certified JARO Components, Inc., announced the introduction of a super 'heat-resistant', reflow-solderable, (RoHS compliant) capacitor that is designed to withstand extremely high temperatures during the lead-free solder process. As the industry’s heat requirements continue to rise, JARO's introduction of the ACHM-R series is a timely and welcomed announcement.
The parts are designed for sixty seconds of reflow solderability at 200 Celcius (or higher), while a peak temperature of 260 Celcius (or higher) is observed (based on size). Inherently, the ACHM series offers ultra-low impedence characerstics and long life at 105C.
The ACHM-R series is ideal for companies that manufacture high-reliability, long-life medical equipment, power supplies, automotive electronic components and peripheral equipment. The pricing for these unique components is $.095 each at 2000pcs.
