A Strategic Vision...Four years ago, JARO won EEPNs coveted Product of the Year Award for its lead-free resistors. At this time, JAROs resistors were already being produced with 100% lead-free materials in the plating and solder portions the terminal surfaces. From the beginning, JARO proactively anticipated International environmental agreements, such as EU directives (RoHS, WEEE, and ELV), individual nation state requirements, and customer specifications that required the elimination or reduction of recognized hazardous materials from commercial products.
